Who has the best deal on lower parts kits these days? I 've got three stripped lowers that have been sitting around for too damn long.

They seem to run around $55. When I was purchasing my parts I got my lower with parts installed cause the difference was only $5.

Keep your eye out on the EE, they pop up here and there for about 10 bucks less than normal.

+1 I've used kits from Armalite, RRA and J&T. The J&T was the best kit and at $55 they are the best deal going IMO

I wonder why I didn't think of them. I've built at least a half a dozen of their kits and have always been very satisfied.

Thanks to all.

I ordered a couple of J&T LPK kits based on opinions from this forum. After receiving the kits, J&T sent me a recall notice on the bolt release. Got that taken care of in short order.

When I sat down last week to start my first 'after ban' build, I found that both kits were missing critical parts. I ended up sending one of the kits back to J&T after cannibalizing one to salvage the other. I'm still waiting on a hammer spring from J&T. Based on the QA issues above, I'm hesitant to use J&T LPKs again. I think I'll go back to a RRA parts kit. I've had good luck with them.

Other than that, the parts looked to be quality.
