Looking for suggestions on a 18" barrel for 62g - 75g bullets. Weight doesn't matter to me. Stainless/steel/carbon-fiber whatever. Just want it to be a good shooter.

Yep. I won one of these in the contest a couple months ago, and it is a fucking awesome barrel.

I just ordered a 16" Ballistic advantage Hanson stainless barrel from
Right to bear not sure what the price is on the 18" but I got mine on sale for $189 with free shipping, isn't normally a $245 barrel. use coupon code "full30.com" for the free shipping. LaRue also makes great barrels but the BA Hanson barrels come with pinned gas blocks which is a big big plus over LaRue.

While the LaRue is on sale, you can't touch it for the price. Otherwise the Hanson 18" and Faxon heavy fluted 18" are next. Imo

Only thing I don't like about the LaRue 18" barrel is it only has a mid length gas system. If it was rifle length it would move up my list.

Under $250? LaRue would definitely be my choice.

I see barrels for $375 and $400. How is that relevant to this thread?
