Besides the obvious, bolt/carrier, auto sear, and other full auto fire control parts, whats the difference?

Probably depends on the specific model, you could ask what's the difference between a civie Bushmaster and a civie Colt as well.

The barrel, upper receiver, stock buffer tube, buffer spring, handgrip, handguards, sites, gas tube, bolt (not the bolt carrier) can all be the same for a full auto vs a semi auto rifle

I'm guessing you could use a full auto lower to make semi auto only rifle, legal concerns aside.

Nothing. All parts are interchangeable between the two.

I know the difference between AR and M16 fire control parts. Are the parts tempered? Are they made from different metals for added durability due to full auto fire?
