Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Belt Fed conversion/uppers

I was wondering if anybody out there has experience with the belt fed conversion for your AR.  What are your feelings, and what brands are better than others, and what makes them better?  I'm looking for one, but I forgot the manufacturer name.  Any help will be appreciated.

For the cost of one, you're 1/4 to 1/3 of the way to a transferrable M16

ORF is supposedly going to make one for $4k-5k, so it's not just the Shrike....

Not really worth it for semiauto...

Yeah, imo, if they can't get it down to near 1919 price, you might as well get a 1919.
