Is the bayonette on a midlenght in the exact right position w/ the ring on the rear of the flash hider, or is it a little farther back?

I believe one of the pros for having a middy is that the bayonet fits.

in that pic the bayonet about 1/4" farther towards the muzzle on the flash hider than mine is on my SP1.  So yes, it fits quite well.  Thanks for the pic.

Here's an M9 I just Duracoated today. Not sure of the fit tho.



They sure are bad ass looking tho.
