I recently purchased a RRA free float barrel sleeve and was wondering if 35 lbs. is the correct torque for the barrel nut. (the 35 lbs. torque figure came from the RRA instruction enclosed with the float kit)

FYI: This is the free float tube/sleeve that allows the standard hand guards to be installed for a standard/stock look.

Thanks in advance.

IIRC, 35 ft/lbs is the standard torque for the bbl nut, so if this piece replaces the nut, I think it would be a safe bet to stay with the original spec, as their instructions indicate. Sluggo
