I just got back into town about a week ago. My local shop has been putting together my AR. It has a custom lower made by Sabre defense. The upper is a RRA with a match barrel cut to 13 3/4" and a KX3 permantly attached. The KX3 makes a world of difference in the blast felt by the shooter. Planning on getting some glass and a few other goodies for it this weekend at a local show.

It's 5.56, all the lowers made for my local shop say multi for the cal. I will probably get some sort of dot sight as well as get some decent rings for a 2.5x10 I have. Also I redid the original trigger job that I did, it was too light. Now it breaks clenly but a little stiffer than before. I will probably get a spring kit for it.

thanks for the comments

Quoted:
Is that barrel an overall length of 16" with the KX3?  Or is it a SBR?

It almost looks to be a rifle barrel cut down to 16" and then the KX3 is attached?

Hey Stickman, incoming IM...

non-SBR I would imagine

It's a midlength

The barrel was cut to 13 3/4" then the KX3 added to bring it to 16". It is a midlength. The KX3 was perm attached to bring it to 16".

well Gordon,  you only had to say it twice and I only had to repeat it once.  Hopefully that will be it, huh?

I would imagine people aren't getting it because the amount of words that can be seen by the eye is inversely proportional to the amount of gun p0rn that can travel through the optic nerve.

in English that means they couldn't read because they like your rifle!!
