Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - B.M.A.S. front flip-up sight for railed gas blocks?

Is anyone using this sight on a non-bushmaster railed gas block?  I'd like to use this sight on a RRA CAR A4 with a RRA factory weaver gas block  but do not know the height of the RRA gas block as I have not yet received the upper.  Bushmaster tells me that the top of the rail must be .550" +/- no more than .020" above a HEAVY barrel. Can someone tell me the height of a RRA  weaver rail gas block on one of their Wilson 1/8 SS barrels? TIA!!!!
