Now that Troy has redisgned their clamp I would go with the Troy rear. In fact, I did.

The ACOG mounted directly on the flattop clears the folded down Troy sight no prob?

That's an ARMS 19S ACOG mount. I recently got an ARMS LD mount, it can be mounted immediately ahead of the Troy BUIS without the gaps of empty rails as there'd be as seen in the above pic.
