What are the options to attach a Versapod bipod directly to a rail forend?  I know Versapod makes a Picatinny adapter, but are there any other choices?
(I don't want to buy a sling swivel adapter, then another Versapod adapter to mount onto that.)

When I bought mine from Impact Guns I was able to order one that already comes with the rail adapter in place of the sling stud adapter.  Mounts very solid.
