So I finished my first complete build today (barrel installation and all) and went to the range to put 100 rounds or so through it.  Everything worked great except I have a question about the trigger. I put in an Armalite two stage trigger cause I wanted something nice. After pulling the trigger and a round is fired, the hammer is forced back and is then caught by the disconnector.  Thing is, the trigger doesn't return to the forward position.  I have to push it forward (from behind) with my finger before I can fire another round.  It makes a farily loud "clack" when I do this.  If I tighten the adjustment screw all the way down (resulting in an unacceptably (for me) light trigger pull), it will go forward itself, though it still makes that loud clacking sound. Is this thing designed to function this way or am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like your hammer spring tension is too high and you may also want to lub your trigger and hammer pins well. Try to bend it to reduce the tension.
