I'm looking at an add for Arma Lite's 1913 handguards.  It says they will go on and off just like regular handguards in two pieces.  "No disassembly or your rifle".  I really like the look of these, as well as the utility, and ease of assembly.

I realize that if I wanted to put optics on a rail, this would probably fit my bill, but at $190.00, I think the bill is a little high, and I dont' want to put optics on my rails, just a light, maybe.

Is there anyone else who makes a similar beast at a reasonable price?

Not sure about anything else, but I have their handguards on a midlength gun, and they work great.
