Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone have an Arms Tech Compak 9.5 inch upper and a chronagraph?

Arms Tech claims velocity of a 14inch barrel through their progressive rifled polygonal 9.5.  20inch velocity from their 16inch barreled Compak 16.

It would be great if that claim were accurate, of course it wouldn't be great to get that upper for that reason and then find out that it wasn't.
