I'm not positive but I think a 9" rail isn't a match for the 14.5 or 16" unless there is a wraparound area. This isn't LT 9"er but you get the idea From ADCO, a top 5 dealer here on the boards  a mid-length (also from ADCO)  However, if the FSB has been replaced with a low profile block......like the LT shown below........ Here is a pic of my DD 9.0 on a 16" barrel. I had to use a low profile gas block. I know not your exact barrel length, but it is close.
