He has a bunch of colt uppers but has them priced funny. I think they are priced depending on color and condition but I think they are supposed to be new. Whats up with this guy, anybody know?

Just call him. I have spoken to him and his wife and they are both very knowledgeable. He does a lot of LE department sales and often has quite a bit of used (trade in) as well as new. He also sells on Gun Broker.
