I'm specifically referencing the version packed in green boxes of 50 rounds marked as 223A. This ammo seems to be much more accurate in most of my rifles than other types of FMJ ammo. I'm just curious as to whether its velocity is on the higher or lower side of SAAMI spec .223 ammo.

VenomousDuck tested some 223AFM back in August:

High: 3,113
Low: 2,916
Avg: 2,989

Thanks. That looks reasonably hot for .223 spec  ammo, certainly hotter than UMC and PMC 55 grain offerings.
