He previously said Sept. 16th. I checked my bank account today and $79 gone! woohoo. Got an email a little while ago with a UPS tracking # of mags enroute.

I have. I got the "they will ship out soon, next week, blah, blah, blah" twice. He actually said "blah, blah, blah." I just wanted to confirm what anyone else has heard. I have been really happy with my British mags and I am just a little anxious to get them.

recieved mine today, the only petty thing I am unhappy about was instead of being wrapped in 5 packs with the little (england) sticker. mine came stuffed loose in a box of peanuts. I like mags in wrappers (plastic or paper) so I can store them away for collecting not use.

I have sent you two emails Eric. 9/10/03 & 9/16/03 and have not gotten a response back. I do not question that you guys must be busy - it happens. I checked my credit card statement online and it looks like my order shipped on 9/14/03 (at least I was charged for it). I will check today to see if it is in my mailbox. Do you send email confirmations when something ships? In the end I am sure everything will be fine. I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered from you. I will keep buying from you because you offer great products at reasonable prices. Keep up the good work.

I just got my mags today, after a three week wait. No big deal, because eric@ammoman ALWAYS wrote me back immediately after I emailed him to check the status of the order. Also, my credit card was not charged until they shipped.

WooHoo - they're here! Very solid mags indeed. Gonna test 'em all weekend. Shipped on Tuesday in my hands by Thursday morning. Everybody at ammoman rocks. [headbang]

Received my British mags yesterday. All 20 fit my Busmaster perfectly without any alteration. All were in excellent condition and packaged very well. I do not know why your emails did not get through to me Eric but I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I received them within 4 days of my credit card being charged. All I have to say is......Eric you the MAN. [?]Eric - Do you know what the stamped number near the bottom of each mag is? Is it a LOT # stamp or an inspection stamp? Just curious. I will be doing business with Eric in the future.

I took my new british mags to the range yesterday and they fit and functioned perfectly in my bushmaster, with the exception of one that won't drop free (I got five). In my armalite reciever four of the five fit very tight, but they worked perfectly otherwise. I think it's the reciever, not the mags causing this. Has anybody else noticed any tightness in the magwell?

Took 5 of ammoman's RO mags to the range over the weekend and burned 300 rounds through them. Ammo was a mix of South African, PMC, and some remanufactured stuff that I couldn't ID. Three rounds of the remanufactured ammo were a bit too long to fit into the mags without force... so I used force. [:P] (as well as every round that went on top of said long rounds) Started by loading the mags with a full 30 rounds each, then 20, and finally 10. Aside from the three mystery rounds, the rifle and mags worked perfectly! The long reman. ammo got crammed bullet-into-case by the bolt because they never popped into correct position for feeding. All the mags started drop-free (SP1 lower) when empty and remained so even when fully loaded. Each locked into place right out of the box. Since my order for 10 more mags has already shipped I gotta say: Buy these while you can!
