looks like YHM 2 piece rail system. ASAIK they are great for the money. ok for a VFG and light

Those look nice.  I've been thinking of getting some of the MI handgaurds for my RRA.  
Are these free floating?  Probably not but I thought I'd ask.

They are Yankee Hill's..I just put a set on a friends AR.

They will not fit Colt handguard caps. To make them fit Colt handguards, we had to lightly file the shelfs on the handguards to get them to fit the delta ring and the end cap for the handguards.

Other than that, they are pretty solid for the price, good for lights and VG's...

I got the YHM handguards like that on www.botach.com for $99. You may want to check on them also.

Botach is hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Go with Calvin at Bright Flashlights. Great guy to deal with, one of the best here.
