I could swear a few weeks ago I saw a few places selling 10 packs for 556 enhanced pins for around $10-12 per pin, but cant find anything now other than 762, or $15 for 556.

Has anyone seen deals on those?

If your looking for .010 extended pins for 7.62x39's and other hard primer setups, check out Redxarms.com. They sell them for $10 each with free shipping.  I've got several and a few extras inbound to use with my cheap Russian .223 from SGammo.

What you are looking for is either 5.45x39 or 7.62x.39 enhanced firing pin for hard primers. Both the 5.45x39 and 7.62x39 enhanced firing pins are dimensionally the same. Black Rifle Arms sells them with quantity pricing depending on how many you need.

Is there a difference between an 'enhanced' 5.56 & an 'enhanced' 7.62x39/5.45x39?

I have enhanced 7.62x39 pins from Model 1 & PSA and an enhanced 5.45x39 Black Rifle pin. They all look & measure the same to me. I think Black Rifle had two different part #s for 7.62x39 and 5.45x39 but the bag mine came in had both calibers marked on the bag.

Cheapest source I've seen is PSA for $8 a pop, regular price when they're in stock but no discount for bulk.

Just buy the 7.62 pin and put it in your .223, works great.
