Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Another headstamp question

I found about 7 rounds with a TZZ headstamp on them in a resent order of tracers.  They have the red paint like the others so I assume their tracers also.  

Isn't that Israili???


It has a TZZ with a 90's number directly below and some numbers to the left and right. Also the bullets seem to have a second cantelur? above the crimp.

Can anyone give me some more info on this headstamp
