To get a good cheek weld for me, I need a scope mount that will make the the center of the scope when mounted the exact same height on a flat top as the standard sights on an A1 or A2.
I have a B-square marked Colt mount that is to high, it came with a rifle I have .
I have a B-square riser with Weaver rings that came out perfect, but is 3 parts and is not as clean as I would like.
I am looking for a clean solid mount or set of rings, lighter would be better.
Does not need to be a quick release and no other sights will be mounted at the same time.
There is no place local that has any to compare.
So what do you guys think would get the job done?
