I finally finished my higher end build. I would venture to say this is my baby. Here are the specs:

Thanks for all of the kind words :D I will post a range report as soon as the weather lets up here. These N4 barrels are supposed to be pretty good :D

I am having trouble getting used to the short eye relief of the TA31 and the donut reticle. Hopefully it will come w/ time :D

This was basically my take on the AFGHAN carbine concept :D

Very nice!  Looking forward to your range report.  

I'm also one of "those people" who don't care for the short eye relief of the the TA-31 series.  I replaced mine with a TA-11 and liked it much better.

The shorty is the only way to go. Its the perfect length. Other stubbys are too stubby but this is just right. + the SACL QD mounting is awesome, I would definitely recommend using a screwdriver or some type of tool to tighten it up though.
