Ok, I know there is a slight difference between .223 Rem and 5.56.  I am getting a Bushmaster V Match upper. Their site says both when it lists the calibur of the rifle. What gives? Which one will should I get?

you have a 5.56 chamber so it is safe to shoot either but if it was a .223 chamber than it is not advised to shoot 5.56.  .223 chambers are tighter and with the higher velocity 5.56 it could cause some trouble.  Bushy makes 5.56 chambers so you are fine with either

Awesome. Thanks. Is one recommended over the other?
