I just shot my first night match with my AR15. I used ultra-max ammo. With my surefire flashlight on, there were times that it was difficult to see though the scope because of smoke in front of the barrel. Is anyone aware of a very clean shooting ammo that would be good for night matches?

Try some Black Hills.  Low flash and little smoke.
