Pardon my ignorance, but, still being new with an Ar-15, and to this forum, I should still be able to ask these types of questions hinking.gif

Are .223 and 5.56 ammo the same?  5.56 does not equal .223, yet I was told they are the same to shoot.  I have seen 5.56 ammo. his
