Is the American Eagle stuff any good?  Is it Federal rejects?  What's with the red stuff around the primer?  Is that sealant?

It's been my experience that the American Eagle .223 ammo is as good as any of the cheaper commercial ammo I've ever used and better than most. I'd have to rate it right up at the top.
