I finally broke down and bought a Knight's RAS (not the free float) from MSTN.  I usually opt to keep things simple, but this I just had to have.  It's going on my pre ban Bushy M4 that has an A2 upper.

My question is this:  What size/type/height mount do I need to mount an Aimpoint sight?  I don't want to mount it on the carry handle, I want to mount it on the top rail, but mount it so that I can have as clear a sight picture as possible.

What do you guys recommend?

Mounts that Im aware will work:

ARMS 22M68 w/full spacer
Aimpoint QRP with spacer
KAC straight and offset mounts
