Can I modify my muzzle brakes to lower the noise problem and make them more like flash supressors after the ban sunsets?  I have compared and much of the difference is the internal diameter of the hole in the brake, which is smaller.  Since the brake is too well attached to remove and replace without major work, I would like to know if there is a way to open it up and lower the noise level.  Thanks, all opinions welcomed.
