I am looking for advice on a non-railed free float handguard for my Bushmaster AR-15A3.  I like their varmint handguard and Fulton has some nice ones as well.  Also what tools do I need to install?  Your advice is greatly appreciated.

You need a vice, an armorer's wrench, a upper receiver vice block.  The barrel vice blocks tend to mar the barrel, the upper receiver vice block works much better.  You also need a torque wrench to properly install the FF barrel nut, I've found it's easier to use it in conjunction with the armorer's wrench to take off the existing barrel nut.

Fulton's is nice, you might also look at KAC FF RAS, PRI and Daniel Defense.
