lower is made from bar stock, location is Lingleville, TX. Does anyone have any history on this company and when they made lowers?

I have one, s/n EJI22**. Have never been able to find out much about it.Mine has a couple of bushed holes, as if they were repaired at some point in time, possibly factory done, to salvage a screw up.
Work fine, never had a problem with them. The fixed trigger guard is a bit different.
