I see Aim has it for $170, why is it cheaper than the rest?

Just is. I got 500rds back when it was on sale with free shipping and wish I'd bought more. It's bright and shiny, anealed, sealed, individually packaged. Just a few minor dents that is normal now a days.

Here is a review

I've shot some and it was fine. I have 500 rounds sitting in my closet. I didn't inspect every one of them but the ones I did, seem to very clean and not dented.

I bought 1K rounds during the free shipping promo. I inspected all and found lots od dented cases, 27 of which I found dangerous to shoot, e.g. split case necks, severe dents in the case shoulder or mouth and 1 very deeply seated bullet. AIM Surplus customer support has promised to replace the defective rounds. I liked the rounds that I shot (about 200) and found it to have adequate accuracy in my BM 16". It seemed to be more accurate from that rifle than the 55 grain IMI.

And I can't use it in my H&K 93. That cuts out 10% of the market.
