I am in the process of building a ar target rifle for coyote hunting this year. I would like a flat top 24in barreled upper and want the most bang for my buck.  I am wondering if any one can suggest an accurate  24in barreled upper for me.  I would like to keep it to 1/2 MOA.  I am new to ar's so any info would be greatly appriciated.

IMHO - virtually any major manufacturer's AR will hold 1/2 MOA with the right load at distances out to 200 yrds.

I went with the Fulton Armory Phantom. What a great upper. Very accurate and I can't describe how good the quality is.

Good luck.
