I have been wanting a bushmaster 16 inch superlight, but someone told me that i would loss accuracy pretty quick due to barrel heat up, kind of like on the mini 14.Has anyone experienced this and how many rounds did it take to notice a accuracy loss.

+1 I've noticed that too.

The other thing is every barrel is an individual.  Some only shoot well when cold. Some only shoot well when warm.  You can't make flat statements like group size will double after X rounds or triple after Y.

I have a lightweight but I've never tried to test it.  Mag dumps are kind of frowned upon at the bench rest range.
