Any one had to trim a accue wedge before? I put one on my KNIGHTS SR15 M-4 last night and had to trim some off before   I could get the upper and lower to close.

Yes, not a big deal. As long as it is offering a tight fit still. It is only to keep the two halves from rattling.

yup, fitting is part of the deal.

i had one for a while and lost it.
now i use a cotton cleaning patch folded double.

it does the same thing and i always have a ready supply.

If you lose the wedge, a short piece of automotive fuel line works as well.
