Ok I got my ARMS #38 STD and I have a question- How many of you that have one of these found the need for a taller front site post? Even though I have yet to zero it, I was wondering if I should get one....

Thanks......

Mine zeroed just fine using the 50-yard Santose method. (#38 S-Ex Swan).

My Bushmaster zero'd fine without a new front sight.

Thanks for the help..I kinda thought it would too, but I wanted to check.

The reason I asked 'cause I had looked through the Bushmaster catalog and they recommend that you get one. Of course they would since they sell them....

Anyway, thanks guys...

Didn't need the taller front sight post on any barrel with a carbine sight radius.

Sighted in one 20" barrel with an ARMS#38 that could have used one though.
