I received an 46SC in a trade and it didn't look right, so I sent it to A.R.M.S. to be checked out... & I am very pleased with them.

I spoke with Brian and he said the system was "tweaked" and would send me another, or a different SIR close to the same value.

My question is this:

Which SIR would you pick ? Do you love/hate yours ?? Which model ?? I have an Aimpoint and an Eothing that will take turns. ( I know I'll need a different Aimpoint mount )

This is what I'll be putting it on:

What do you think ?? Any experience and advice is appreciated .....

did the cat (tail) come with it?

i like my ARMS, not as heavy as one might think. although i think if i got a do-over, i'd have bought the military one (just because). i have talked to brian as well, seamed very nice. i have a tintsy bit of verticle play on my ARMS, he said he'd take a looksy and replace it if need be.

only down side that you MUST use a little lock tight on the hardware (they include their own for you). it'll loosen up on ya.

you should also have a verticle grip to put on, much better feel vs going with out.

oh yea, thought i'd mention it looks KICK ASS as well.

here's my set up

I have a #50C and I love it, but I wish that I had gotten the M instead. I have absolutely no use for the delta ring and the M looks much nicer.

I have the #50 bi-level 'C' , wish I would have gotten the 'M' , but in any event I feel was a great decision . I sat on the phone getting chewed on by a guy from the competition which is what locked the SIR in for me sounds kind of petty but when I spend hundreds of $$ courtesy is a prerequisite . I haven't and wont ever regret the choice I have made besides I can chime in with all my bro's on AR15.com , and by the way 'thecleaner' , now I know what we look like running thru the hills , no wonder the people in the trailer park all scurried away that day !

#58MOD.

That's the ticket.
