No, you still need a preban receiver in your state to enjoy a complete AR15.

Move or you're F'ed if you want adjustable stocks. Check your local laws. Even pre-bans arent safe anymore |

Oh well, just another reason why NY sucks. I have an ACE stock now and it is actually much more comfortable but does not quite compliment this one particular rifle. Did not know how it works because I can use pre-ban mags. I never understand this stuff and am propably safer just staying away from any pre-ban stuff.
