Only one report comes to mind and it was negative. If I remember correctly the rivet that supports the rotating aperture separated from the sight housing.

How much is it? Is it a lot less than the $140 GG&G MAD it copies?

Went ahead and got it, looks solid and works well so far. I really like those different aperatures.
