DPMS used to make them for Cali. residents but I believe they're discontinued. Check around.

One option might be one of the unfinished lowers where they haven't cut out the magwell.

I think for the future I might have something like that around. Im trying to hunt this down for a customer so I would like to get it pretty quick. He said something about a ____ bull lower. Im not finding shit.
