I'm sure this has been discussed many times, however I have not found a recent blog on this subject. Here's my question, what calibers can I shoot out of my ar upper just by changing the barrel, magazine and bolt while leaving my stock upper thanks Sean

So I have read item 15 however item 15 does not specify what parts need to be changed to use certain calibers. I know that a 300 blackout all you need to change is the barrel.  So I guess my question is what parts need to be changed for the other calibers. Sorry newbie to the ar world.

So you would like for me to break down the specifics of exactly what parts need to be exchanged in order to get 61 different ammunition sizes to work in your AR? I'll get right on that...

other than the 300 blackout, in addition to the barrel, you have to change the BCG at least in most of the others and usually a specialty magazine.
