Is the standard AR Buffer solid in construction? I am really trying to find out if it is completely sealed and weather or not it would retain ANY water if sumbmerged?

Thanks

LOL, it could be yours. I am thinking about selling it this year.

I have a 2000 C5 in the same color combo. Mag Red with Oak top and interior. One the nicest colors combos Vettes ever came in. Why you selling?
