Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - AR-15 gunsmith "specialist" in midwest area

My dad has had an AR kit that he built years ago. He built several others, but this one won't work for anything. He has not been able to get it working even after two gunsmiths who claimed to be good at AR rifles.

Anyone know of a smith who specializes in AR rifles in the Ohio/midwest area?
