Those are Philipino DF's, the first pics are reportedly a, SF or SF type unit w/ there DF's.

Slightly difficult to make out on there M16 family of weapons are the ARMS' SIRS.

i can't see the SIRS but i'd sure hate to have to march with a barrett .50cal.
