Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - ARMS #40 vs ARMS #40A2

I want to get one of these two sights, but was curious about the differences. I know the #40A2 has a standard aperature, and lacks the horizon line, but is that it? Do they both fold down to the same height?

I will likely not be doing any 500-600 meter shooting so is there any reason that I should NOT get the #40A2? That is what I am leaning towards.

They're identical.  The only difference is in the small aperatures.  The A2 has a completely round aperature just like on a M16A2.
