Do I really need to put thread locker on my ARMS # 40 rear sight?
The sight came with a tube of threadlocker packaged inside it.
Will it come loose if I dont use this?
Thanks

It will be loose inside of 300 rounds without it.

+1 use the thread locker or you'll be looking for that new #40 in the dirt.

Use the loc-tite. If it's blue, it will work like a rubber seal and just hold the threads in place with out slipping. You can use red loc-tite and it will be more permanent. You can try putting a dab of it on the the tip of the screw and letting it dry. Then screw it all together. I noticed that Knight's Armament does this to thier screws.
