Ok guys I got to pick up a QD mount for a scope on my AR. I want something thats going to raise up the scope no more than 1/2 inch. Is there anything thats like the arms 19 but with out the price, I think that thing is over priced and would rather not spend the money on it. But if it's the only thing than well I guess I'm stuck. If the 19 is the only way to go than who's got the best price, I've looked around and so far every thing is right at the $140 mark. I want to stay away from thumb screw mounts cuz I got a knack for losing thumb screws so I'd rather have a throw lever. any one got any ideas?

photo , look in the e.e. for used arms 19. you'll find one once in awhile. also check gandrtactical.com
personally if the glass you are putting on a mount is expensive than i would go and buy one arms or la rue.
both expensive but in this case you get what ya pay for... hope this helps
