The ARMS website states that this system will fit Colt, Armalite, and Bushmaster upper receivers.  Does anyone have experience with other uppers?  Will this mounting system fit on a Rock River, CMT, or LMT?

It'll fit them all.  They are all the same, more or less - with maybe a few tolerance differences here and there.

I attached a SIR #59 to my RRA upper-no problems.

I have the #46C on a DPMS upper, it fits fine.  The way it attaches I don't see how it couldn't fit, but you never know I guess.
