I am rebuilding my bolt and I am going to use the xring from oly. and also I am going to try the ering they offer for my gas rings. Has anybody tried these and do you just use one of these insted of three rings or do you use three of these? Thanks Autogunner.

I put one on my AR when I first got it. I've never had any problems with it. It's a one-piece unit, so yes you only need one (replaces the three regular rings).
