If so, which are beter, or which are bad?

I am reloading and don't want to have to chade my ammo around much.

I have looked at the one at DPMS that attaches to the carry handle mount and has the "sock" on it, and the E&L rigid one.

Any comments?

Is it better to use the strategically palced bucket?

I've got one that atatches to the handgaurd with a velcro strap. Catches most of the brass. Needs to be emptied often though.50 to 60 rounds. It does save a lot of crawling around on the ground.

I am going to get an AR brass catcher soon.  I have been spreading out an old blanket on the ground and all of the brass falls on it.  Makes it very easy to pick up brass and you don't have to mess with another acessory on the rifle.  Of course you have to stay in about the same place to shoot.  I like to walk around and blast away at unsuspecting trees sometimes though..........heavy.gif
