Hmmm. Need to check the bank balance and see if I can buy another 3 lowers this month. Can't pass up 3 for $240.

Looks great and for $85 that's a killer deal! Those look to be on par with the Mega uppers, which IMHO are the best lowers I've ever owned or handled.

That´s one hellova deal. I hope I´m living in States, I´d probaply own tens of lower receivers....

There is one more + for the Ameetec lower as you can see on the pic. Upper / lower fit wont be too damn tight as on RRA lowers.

Looks like it's a cast lower, true?

Dude, read Treetop's post again, it says the lower is machined from 7075-T6 FORGINGS...

It is a nicely machined lower!

they look very nice, do they have a high shelf like most others?

For $85 shipped you really can't go wrong, he'll even do 3 lowers for $240 shipped.

I'm not part of Ameetec Arms, in fact he's technically a competitor of mine. I've got nothing to gain by complimenting his product, I just want you guys to see that he's got a VERY high quality lower receiver available at an extremely competitive price. I'd honestly compare the quality with a Bushmaster lower, and the teflon coated finish makes this one even better in my opinion.

Thanks again Warren!

Adrenaline Arms.

Based on this recommendation I just ordered 10 of them.

I've got 4 new RRA lowers to compare them with, I'll post my impressions when they arrive.

That lower looks ok, How about some picture of that new bad ass upper?

Thanks for sharing Treetop.

I have been looking very close at the Ameetec lower receiver, and your post has helped me make up my mind. At $85 shipped how could you go wrong.

I just bought 5 Ameetec lowers from Warren and there the best quality I've seen. The finish is amazing very good. I've looked at Colt, Bushmaster, Armalight, Eagle Arms and these are on par if not better than them all. I would highly recommend these lowers to anybody looking to buy and the price is unbeatable.

-John

P.S. Warren is a great guy and very easy to deal with.

They are great looking lowers. I'm going to have to buy one for my next build.
Link Posted: 6/18/2004 4:45:45 PM EST
If they are half as good as the customer service Ameetec gives, they are going to be some of the best lowers ever. You would not believe what I put Warren through trying to find just the right serial numbers for me. We finally found a pair that trips my trigger (sorry) and they should be here next week. The way Warren put up with me you would have though I was the only customer he had. Great people to do business with. For some reason, I have no doubt the lowers will be every bit the equal of the customer service.

Thanks Warren!

I also just picked up one of Warrens lowers today, and im sure you all know from my "other" post, i was never an AR fan. this is definitely THE nicest lower ive seen for a long time, if not ever. now i just need to pick up a few more before this sale runs out, even at regular price you cant beat this lower. thanks Warren for a great product, and for no ugly guy extra tax whan ya recognized my ugly mug!

*edit* checked out his side charging upper in person also, two words for it : BAD ASS!! nice and smooth cocking effort, great machining just like the lowers.
Link Posted: 6/19/2004 5:21:07 AM EST
Cleaner, does that side charging upper use a modified bolt carrier assembly or is it totally different creature from scratch?

CMOS
Link Posted: 6/19/2004 7:37:43 AM EST
didnt see it opened up, but i would assume its a new part from scratch. it has a spring and detent to hold it in the folded position unlike just the spring in my HKs. its non-reciprocating and very smooth. we'll have to wait for Warren to let us know or for someone to pick one up and evaluate it. looks good though to me.

I just picked up my 10 Ameetec lowers today. They appear every bit as good as my RRA lowers in all ways and superior to them in some other ways.

I will also say that Warren was a pleasure to deal with and ships out faster than I could even have expected.

All in all, it was a very positive experiance.

I don't think you can go wrong with these at all.

I received my Ameetec lower receiver last week, and I must say that it is very nice. The finish on this lower is outstanding!
